Refunds, Returns and Problems
We want you to be 100% happy with your Slick products - but realise that sometimes things might not quite go to plan.
My Latex isn't as well shined or as easy to get into as I expected
We developed Slick over a long period, testing with many of our friends and playmates to see what works best for most garments and most people... but we're all different! You may find that very tightly fitting garments, or very hairy people may need to use a little extra dressing aid, especially in high-friction areas. See the Latex Care guide for helpful pointers for getting the most out of you Slick.
If your Latex is very old, dried out or dulled, you may find you get the best results by first treating your latex with Slick Thicc - its extra thick formulation will deeply nourish and condition your latex and make it look it's best. That said, Slick cannot repair damaged, ripped, split or seriously abused material - for that you should contact the original seller of your garments, or your local friendly latex clothing supplier.
My package arrived damaged
Occasionally our wonderful postal service are not as careful as they should be, so very occasionally we get leaks or spills in our packages despite our best efforts. If this happens take some pictures clearly showing the spillage with the bottle still sealed so we can claim back the damage from Royal Mail. In the meantime we'll send you out a replacement free of charge, or a refund if that's what you'd prefer. Either way, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
